Yagami looked around at the area, and hummed in thought. This was most definitely not what he'd thought the Coliseum would look like. Had they done some... renovations since the events of Kingdom Hearts? For now, the Japanese young man tapped his chin in thought of taking the boat manned by two imps or going exploring through those doors.

Tapping his thigh, he looked around, unaware of the weakening aura that tried to take form on him before it dissipated. However, that did not mean he was wholly unaffected. Yagami just wouldn't notice until he went into a fight.

Aria, after leaving Port Royal, going to Radiant Garden, and getting herself a ship, walked out of the Savepoint, her anklets and bracelets jingling and clinking against the metal of her boots and gauntlets as she moved. The silent dancer then stopped as she saw someone head a boat that would then take the people riding in it further into the Underworld, specifically the Coliseum from KH2, and followed him, wondering what he might be thinking, and possibly help the stranger out of trouble due to the weakening effect the place had.

Of course, the idea of fight sounded like fun to the girl, and she then did her best to catch up to the stranger before he got onto the boat.

Kyna was mildly curious about the place people kept calling Olympus Colosseum, saying that it was a place for "heroes" to go and hone their skills. They also said it was a high honor to get in and participate. What this meant to her is that only people of the highest skill and honor were ever allowed in, and she took this as a sign that maybe she could earn some penance for what Cerberus had ordered her to do on occasion.

What she hadn't expected, however, was for the whole place to look like the living place of a dead man. From the descriptions she had gotten, she had thought the place would look like the temple of a Greek god, but she had also thought it would be the god Zeus, not Hades. Clearly she was in the wrong place.

...Or so she thought until she saw two imps ready to ferry two people across to what looked to be the arena. Whether or not she could find any atonement for what she had done, Kyna would never pass up an opportunity to hone her skills. She quickly caught up to the two, staying silent to see what would happen.

Yagami looked over his shoulder on hearing the noise coming from jingling jewelry. Two women walked behind him, though seeing as the other had just gotten out of the teleportation light that signalled a Gummi Ship transfer, and the jingler was closest, it was unlikely they were together. But, he wouldn't assume anything aloud just yet.

Turning to look back at the imps, Yagami brought a hand up to rub his chin. "So, do either of you know this place? Because I'm trying to debate on if I want to take this boat, or go exploring on foot." Pain and Panic didn't move from their spots aside from glancing at each other, probably well used to random travelers not talking to them.

Aria looked the stranger over, and then turned her head to see the other person to show up, another girl, come towards them. Unsure if they understood sign language, she pulled out her notebook and pen, and started writing down an answer for the stranger.

This place is called Olympus Coliseum, this area we are in right now is part of the Underworld, it has a weakening effect on visitors, but I think we'll be alright if we work together. I think the boat also heads to the Underdome, the arena for this area, but I personally want to explore on foot before heading there. Also, my name is Aria, I am mute. Now, who the heck are you?

Showing the message to the male stranger, she waited for an answer, deciding that she probably had a good idea in letting other people know she was unable to talk as soon as possible.

Kyna was about to spout out what little she knew about the world, all of it hearsay, when just as the other girl started writing something down, she suddenly tensed up. Something felt wrong to her. Her heart was beating at an uncontrollable rate, her breathing was suddenly rushed, she couldn't stop giving her sword's handle a death grip, and she felt the same duress she would have if under attack... except everything around her seemed perfectly calm. What was going on? Was she suddenly able to sense danger? Did something about one or both of these two set her off? No... that didn't seem right.

Through this whole ordeal, Kyna managed to keep a straight face, but her body was already acting for her in the form of the death grip on her sword, and the heavy breathing. After a minute, the whole episode passed and she slowly returned to normal, but it still baffled her. What had caused it?

...She wasn't starting to have panic attacks, was she?

Kyna decided to leave the issue alone for now, and realized that the other girl had finished her note and was showing it to the boy. She quickly read the note herself, simply for the information, and to get the girl's name. So Aria was a mute, and this was indeed the Underworld... meaning she had touched down at the wrong place for the training. The Underdrome could still be used to hone her skills, but what were the implications if she did participate? She had to agree with Aria: exploring the Underworld on foot seemed like the better idea.

...And maybe, if she could get an extranet signal, she could look up panic attack symptoms and disorders in her downtime.

Yagami nodded a bit as he read Aria's note. "Hm. We'll probably need to go topside for the cure or something... right now, though," Yagami brought up his hand to point to the ceiling of the Underworld. <Grandfather said this. No matter what challenge, I will always be able to break through and conquer them. I am the man who will shoot God with an arrow, Tendou Yagami.> he said in his native Japanese. It didn't matter much if the two women understood his little speech, Yagami needed to reaffirm to himself that he wasn't going to get rusty because of how little use he gave it.

Turning around to look at the two fully, Yagami looked them over before nodding. "I don't mind exploring with you two... Are you alright?" Pain and Panic grinned at each other, having not seen a reaction to the Underworld's hero depowering quite like Kyna's.

Aria nearly facepalmed at the Japanese introduction, but kept from doing so as she remember her hands were currently covered by metal gauntlets. However, looking at the girl just having a minor freak out the mute wondered what was wrong. Seeing the grin the two imps exchanged however, Aria decided a smacking was in order since they seemed to know something. Of course, there was something else she felt she had to do first. Giving Yagami an annoyed look, she quickly scribbled something in her notebook and showed it to him.

"What are you, a character from a saturday morning tv show? I might not know much Japanese, but I got the sense of a hammy introduction from it."

Aria then walked over to Pain and Panic, looking at the two before raising a hand, two fingers pointing outward, and then hitting both of the imps on the head. She then wrote something quickly in her notebook and showed it to the imps.

"If you two know what's up, either spill now, or I will punt the both of you into the River Styx here."

Kyna could almost smile at how much concern they were showing towards her, but what her ailments were were really none of their business. Besides, the whole thing could have been a one-time deal, and she heavily doubted it had anything to do with the curse.

"Relax, you two," she said, directing her attention at Aria and Yagami. "I'm fine. A simple anxiety episode, nothing more."

That said, she had to wonder what had brought it on if it happened before this point. Could it be that her sanity was really getting to an all-time low as she tried to keep to her morals while at the same time carrying out her obligations to Cerberus? ...No way to tell yet, but she sure as hell wasn't going to take it to anyone willing to throw her in jail. And at this point, that ruled out virtually everyone but Sarah, who had applied to her a whole other list of reasons not to tell.

...Yeah, getting that extranet signal really soon would be a boon, thanks.

Pain and Panic looked at each other for a couple seconds before grinning at Aria again. "Yeah, you try that and you won't ever get to the Underdrome. You won't even feel good about having done it!" The pink imp nodded opposite his blue, skinnier compatriot. "Yeah, we'll be screamin' bloody murder while the souls in it drag us to the depths."

Yagami snorted at the Underworld dwellers. "And I'm a member of Museum. They'd kick you right out because your voices would grate on their undead nerves." With that, he turned to look to Kyna. "If you say so. Well, let us go see what there is in this place before we hit topside. Either of you want to take point?"

Aria, realizing the imps were unfortunately right, threw her hands up in the air in irritation and walked back to Yagami and the other girl. Hearing the guy's comment though, caused the mute dancer to smirk. However, hearing that the other girl with them claim that she only had a simple episode only caused Aria to cross her arms and give the other girl a look for a moment.

Aria then thought about Yagami's question of who would lead, and smiled as she then hit her hand with an armored fist, a bit thankful that she had gauntlets on both hands, before cracking her knuckles to signal that she'd take point position. Of course, while she seemed to be fine, Aria was still affected by the curse in the underworld as she noted her legs were feeling a little stiff. She decided to ignore it for now though, thinking the chance of a fight would loosen up her muscles a bit.

Kyna decided to chime in when the demon duo decided they wanted to be smartasses. "We're Interferences," she pointed out, "who says we need your help crossing a river of souls to get to a two-bit, non-exclusive, run-by-the-lord-of-death-himself arena?"

This was a bluff, of course, but hardly one that mattered. For one, no one there had stated any real plans or desires to participate in the Underdrone to begin with. For another, even if they did want to go a few rounds in the gauntlet, they technically had another (and in some cases, better) choice sitting just a staircase away. And if even all of that failed them, she had a hard time believing demons were the only ones that could row that boat.

...Actually, considering where they were, better scratch that last one off the list.

Still, she wasn't going to let someone beat her out in logic and force her to take action, or lack thereof, especially when it came from a couple of seemingly insignificant creatures. She had enough problems like that when it came to Cerberus.

As for taking point, Kyna kept quiet. She had no desire to be the lead in this little expedition. If anything, she wanted the option of dropping out at a moment's notice in case this panic attack thing wasn't a one-time deal. She knew that option was anything but feasible, but it was all the more reason she shouldn't be the one leading this expedition.

That, and she was finally starting to feel the toll this curse had on her. She felt somewhat sluggish and tired, and she knew this would make her heavy-footed, something her style of fighting refused to let her be on most counts. Fighting here was either going to be a complete nightmare or the most intense in-the-field training she had ever gotten.

Yagami nodded to Aria and Kyna before waving for the mute girl to take the lead. During the first Heartless fight they encountered, he would use the Copy Driver to summon a mid ranged Rider, if there was such a thing... well, maybe Drake? It had been awhile since he was a Zecter that wasn't Kabuto or Sasword.

Following after the gauntleted one, the Japanese young man looked around. He felt a little odd after just a few minutes here in the Underworld, and wasn't sure why. He could likely learn after asking one of the two women with him, but that was not yet needed.

Smiling as it seemed people were alright with her leading, the mute dancer clapped her hands and smiled as she spun on her heel to walk along the bank of the river styx, being sure not to get close enough to fall in. For a moment though, shortly after she had clapped the metal over her hands together, Aria thought she felt a brief, electrical tingle go through her body. However, she thought nothing more of it as she shrugged and moved onward.

As she walked, she noted that her limbs started to feel a bit heavier and heavier, but the dancer, intent on having fun once a battle started, did her best to ignore it as she trudged forward despite the curse. It was at that point though, that a group of heartless appeared: 5 Soldiers, 1 Largebody, and 3 floating heartless that Aria noted looked very much like the Black Mages from Mysidia in Final Fantasy IV all the way down to their blue robes. As the enemies appeared, Aria's MP3 player started playing, and the battling ballerina heard the slow, peaceful opening to Gong as she got into a starting position, and noticed that her gauntlets and armored boots had thin arcs of electricity surrounding them before she smirked.

Let the battle begin! she thought to herself, and began her battling dance when the soldiers charged in to attack.

Having followed the group silently and seen the Heartless appear, Kyna immediately pulled out her monomolecular blade and activated her five second Tactical Cloak to gain an initial advantage over the Heartless, before maneuvering behind the Large Body in the short time she had to be invisible and putting as many slashes in its back as possible. To any normal enemy, this would have felled them and then some, but the blade she was wielding was meant to be used against organic and synthetic targets, not the darkness manifestations that were the Heartless.

Meaning the thing was still plenty standing by the time she got a giant fist slammed into her.

Kyna was still up and fighting; however, she felt the damage a bit more than she thought was normal. She made a slight note of it as her six-second cooldown finished and she became invisible again, but it was mostly put to the back of her mind, left as an effect of the Underworld's curse. She assumed there was a fix to that particular problem, but she wasn't counting on finding it on this particular venture.

Yagami spun the Copy Disk on seeing the Heartless, and considering the medium and Large ones were being occupied, Henshin, he went with a long range Rider to deal with the Blue Rhapsodies. Giving the Drake Grip Gun a little spin as the hexagons finished forming the Drake armor, and smirked behind the helmet as he started shooting the small, floating Heartless mages down. Or that was the plan, since they could move quite a bit quicker than when he'd fought them as Sora. Since they were so small, Yagami figured he shouldn't be so surprised.

The Large Body turned around, thinking to find Kyna again, and looked confused at just seeing a few foot prints forming instead of seeing a Somebody ripe for the eating. It wasn't a very smart Heartless, but recognized something from having seen a Stealth Sneak in a similarly dusty area, and swung out to hit Kyna's invisible form by tracking her steps.

The Soldiers, quite unintentionally, moved so erratically that Aria's tempo would not be able to start because four would attack with claw swipes, each not timed to the other, and the last would charge in with a leaping kick. If she were able to force them to fight her way, that would be different, but as it was, the Soldiers were not moving to any beats she could see.

Aria, upon seeing that there was no rhythm at all to the Soldier's movements, was quickly knocked on her behind during the fight. However, not giving up, she rolled out of the way to the attack, and while the music kept playing, decided to try and match their unpredictability with their movements.

She started by taking a deep breath, and got on one foot, her other leg lifted up and held straight in front of her. She then closed her eyes and started to spin, batting away the lunging soldiers and also shocking them with the electrical arcs coming from her guantlets and boots. Unfortunately, because of the Underworld's curse, her spin started to waver as the soldier's were vanishing after being batted away by the spinning dancer. With just two soldiers left, Aria managed to get in one last hit in to kill it before she fell to the ground, panting and trying to catch her breath.

Crap! she thought, as she soon saw the remaining soldier prepare to charge at her, The Curse here is hitting me kind of hard right now, but, I won't let myself die here, I got to try and get out of the way.

With whatever strength she could muster, Aria then rolled out of the way of the Soldier's attack, stopping it by lifting her arm enough so that it's head banged into the gauntlet, and hitting the ground. The dancer then used that arm to grab the Soldier's body, the electrically charged metal guantlet shocking it as Aria used her other arm to punch the thing in her grasp as hard as she could. Once the soldier vanished though, the dancer felt even more drained, and tried to rest as best as she could.

For now, it seemed she was forced to stay on the sidelines.

How the large Heartless had gained enough intelligence to tell where she was, Kyna didn't have the slightest idea, so she was definitely caught off-guard by the second hit. Still, it wasn't as if her skills had completely left her, despite the curse's effects, and she was able to toss herself mostly out of the way of the hit. She still got skimmed, and that tossed her, but she was back on her feet considerably faster than if she had taken the blow full force.

She also quickly decided that they needed to finish this fight as fast as possible.

Jumping behind the Large Body again, she put another round of slashes into its backside before jumping away as her invisibility wore off, focusing on a Blue Rhapsody for the moment until her power cooldown had completed. She then activated her Tactical Cloak one more time, keeping off of the dusty ground as much as possible as she approached the large Heartless's backside one last time and put a third round of slashes into it.

She knew something weird was going on when it suddenly whipped around, gained a visible aura of dark power around itself, and started beating its chest.

Yagami growled, having only managed to take out one and a half Blue Rhapsodies, the second having been a collaboration of his shots and Kyna's strikes. Looking over to Aria, the Japanese young man grimaced, and pulled on the little handle on the end of the Dragonfly Zecter. Cast OFF The last Rhapsody went spiraling to the ground, knocked over by a bit of the armor that exploded off of the Copy-Drake. Change, DRAGONFLY

Grinning under his now lighter helmet, Yagami took out the remaining Rhapsody while it was still on the ground, and started firing on the Soldiers, getting their attention while the Large Body readied its charge. However, his rate of fire slowed dramatically after a second. "What? What's going on?"

Aria watched as Kyna and Yagami continued fighting, mentally cursing herself that she managed to let herself get too tired so soon. However, she also saw that Yagami, despite him wearing some pretty weird looking armor, was also slowing down, and Kyna was in trouble as the Large Body started banging it's belly.

If Aria could talk, she'd have shouted at Kyna to get out of the way. But, since she was mute and unable to shout at all, Aria still felt she had to do something. It was then that the music on her MP3 Player changed again, and Aria, being determined to try and do something to help Kyna avoid being hurt, willed herself to stand despite the curse.

Her limbs felt heavy as she forced her body to move over to Kyna as fast as she could, but she ignored the curse for now, her expression as she charged at the Largebody being one of sheer determination. Aria was willing to help out in this fight even if it killed her in the process while down here. She refused to give up, and as she kept moving towards the Largebody intending to try to tackle it, a very faint ticking started in the back of her mind.
