There are many worlds out there, and in the vast multiverse there are ones that go beyond the known worlds of the Interference series. If you've run an Other Worlds thread or have an internal or canon interference, you can use this handy template to keep track of it and update it for others.

A world that grows large enough may even earn its own forum...

World Name:
Video Game:
Status: A world's status and point in its timeline. If you have a separate thread for this, feel free to link it here!
Description: A overview of the world's appearance, landmarks and if applicable, save points.
Major NPCs: Characters that may be aware of the nature of the multiverse or have played major roles in previous threads should be listed here.

World Name:Abeir-Toril (AKA, the Forgotten Realms)

Video Game:Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, Demon Stone, Dungeon Hack, Blood & Magic, Curse of the Azure Bonds, Descent to Undermountain, Daggerdale, Eye of the Beholder Series, Gateway to the Savage Frontier, Hillsfar, Icewind Dale series, Menzoberranzan,Pool of Radiance, Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor, Pools of Darkness, Secret of the Silver Blades, Treasures of the Savage Frontier, and Unlimited Adventures.*

Status:Currently in the seventh month of the year 1372, about one month into the plot of Neverwinter Nights' original campaign. The current status of the world is normal for it- there's a threat somewhere, adventurers are gathered to take care of it, dangerous monsters roam the land, and below it, and in the water, and crypts, and dungeons... pretty much everywhere but in the towns themselves, normally. The kingdom of Dark Arrows though, had been recently recognized along with it's king, the orc, Obould Many-Arrows.

Description: A very, very large world with many, many races, monsters, regions, kingdoms, and subcontinents. The most prominent being the land of Faerun. Despite the constant monsters roaming about, the dangers and traps inside many dungeons, crypts, ruins and other places scattered about the world- and beneath it- it is a very nice looking place. Of course, there are the fact that there are other planes attached to it, like the infernal and celestial planes, the elemental planes, the astral plane, and others, so... yeah... pretty big place Abheir-Toril after all...

Places of note:
Riftwood- a small forest in the southeastern corner of Faerun, home of Legode Rydrion, the blue skinned druid.

The City of Neverwinter: currently in a city wide lockdown due to a plague, but may become open to outsiders in the future.

Icewind Dale: The home of Drizzt Do'Urden, and the region where one can find Mithral Hall, home of the dwarves led by Bruenor Battlehammer.

Major NPCs:
Elminster: the most powerful mage in the realms, and a chosen of Mystras, the goddess of Magic.

The various Gods and Goddesses of The Forgotten Realms: As there are too many to actually list, these deities are in fact, aware of the phenomena. However, whether or not they choose to share that information with certain worshippers is entirely unknown at the moment.

Current/Completed Threads: At the moment, none.

Legode Rydrion, the Blue Skinned Druid(Please keep in mind that while Legode is female, she looks highly bifauxnen/ manly in appearance. She never really developed in the chest area. Also has a Dire Wolf as her druidic animal companion. Do not call said companion a puppy/treat him like a house pet.)
Drizzt Do'Urden(Canon Character)
Aria Token(Mute, Hotblooded, Battling Ballerina)

World Name: Mobius

Video Game: Sonic the Hedgehog series

Status: Currently post Sonic Generations. For the last few weeks the world has been under Heartless attack.

Mobius is a huge world, essentially a small planet that mimics the planet Earth in both general landshape and inhabitants. Mobius' environments, however, are split into several small biomes. It's possible to run between a snowy mountain and a lava field even without super speed.
Mobius' population is split between humans, who live close together in large settlements, and Mobians, funny animal-type creatures who live more spread out and closer to natural environments. There are also various smaller feral animals that can be found.
Mobius has some particularly gorgeous islands and settlements, both old and ancient, for one to visit if they so please. They include: South Island, Angel Island, Soleanna, Station Square, Central City, Westopolis, Metal City, Babylon Garden (more of a historical site really), Rooftop Run... we could go on.

Major NPCs:
Dr Eggman - aware
Tails, Knuckles, Amy
Shadow, Rouge - all of the above are able to combat Heartless
Team Chaotix (Espio, Charmy, Vector)
Vanilla, Cream and Cheese
E123 Omega
Blaze the Cat (lives in an alternate dimension version of Mobius nicknamed the Sol Dimension for now)
The Babylon Rogues (Jet, Wave, Storm, they're quite cool dudes)

Current/Completed Threads: n/a

Cat - the girl who leapt through meta / Sonic - the hedgehog chasing ghosts
Yugi - the boy who tempers darkness / Journals - the words remembered most

Alright, I'll take a stab at this. Feel free to file some of this under "I couldn't make this shit up if I tried."

World Name: Age of Metal

Video Game: Brutal Legend

Status: Upon the first thread in this world's creation, towards the end of the Lionwhyte War, with Ironheade mobilizing to storm General Lionwhyte's castle stronghold.

Description: The Age of Metal is a land inspired by heavy metal imagery, with many locales looking like they had been ripped from the covers of various heavy metal albums. The world is split into four general areas on the surface.

First is a coastline, with the mountain home of the Kill Master looming over it and the Lair of the Metal Queen at its western end. Second is the hilly woodland that houses Bladehenge, the Sacred Beer Tree (seriously), and the remains of the Great Highway; built on its easternmost, dried out land is the castle of General Lionwhyte. To the northeast is Death's Fjord, a chilly, mountainous region that the Hextadons call home. Finally, there is the Black Marsh, a swampy area surrounded by a jungle which the Zaulia call home, as well as the Sea of Black Tears, the home of the Drowning Doom.

Deep underground is the Motor Forge, which can only be accessed via unearthed entrances scattered about the surface world. This is the volcanic core of the world, where most of its metal is forged by underground entities known as the Titans. Here, the Guardian of Metal (who looks an awful lot like Ozzy Osbourne) makes his home, and if you pay him enough of the world's currency of Fire Tributes (which are essentially lighters), he might be able to give you some cool stuff in return, or even teach you a few heavy metal tricks.

Various wild creatures dot the landscape; Laser Panthers, Reaper Steeds, and Sickle Wraiths are actively hostile and can be found in the Black Marsh. Tollusks can be found around Bladehenge and its general forested area, and are also actively hostile. There is also a pit just to the southeast of the coastline that houses several Razorfire Boars, but they will never leave the general area of the pit and only attack if you are in it yourself (though they do shy away from other vehicles). The spiders that live in the Metal Queen's Lair are rarely seen outside of it, but they are hostile, though not particularly strong.

The world is populated by all manner of other folk. It is currently run by the demons of the Tainted Coil, who rule from afar and are headed by Emperor Doviculus. Assisting him is a human minion called General Lionwhyte, who leads a glitzy troop of soldiers into battle to enforce Doviculus' rule, and whose hair is so outlandishly big that he is able to use it to fly. In the Black Marsh, you will find members of the Drowning Doom, a zombified group of individuals who interacted directly with the Sea of Black Tears and gained all the sorrow and supernatural ability that comes with it. The human resistance, known as Ironheade, is headed by Lars Halford of Bladehenge, as well as his sister Lita Halford, Ophelia, and Eddie Riggs, who serves as a field general and is the protagonist of the game. Assisting Ironheade is the Kill Master, an old bassist who looks quite a bit like Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister and whose name is deceiving; he actually heals injuries with his bass riffs instead of harming individuals with them. The Kill Master and all of the bassists under him took an oath to never harm with their music and to only heal, very similar to the Hippocratic Oath. And as mentioned before, there is the Guardian of Metal, who resides in the Motor Forge and awaits those who enter it to do business with him.

Major NPCs (as of the current point in the timeline):
Eddie Riggs
Emperor Doviculus
Lars Halford
Lita Halford
The Kill Master
General Lionwhyte
The Guardian of Metal (Aware)
